We are a premium experience design agency creating elevated activations for corporate teams and global brands. We operate at the intersection of experience design, event production, and creative strategy, delivering high-touch, in-person experiences rooted in intentional design and connection to place.
We serve as a full-service partner for Corporate Retreats and Brand Activations, while also collaborating with destination management companies and event partners on select programs.

JOB DETAILS:
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
Work Structure: Project-based assignments based on business needs
Workplace Type: Remote with occasional travel
Compensation: $35/hour
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a remote, contract (1099) Event Operations Lead role combining 60% Event Operations and 40% Business Development.
Event Operations (Primary Responsibility)
The Event Operations Lead manages end-to-end planning and execution once a program transitions from Sales. You will serve as the primary client contact through execution.
Responsibilities include:
Managing event logistics, timelines, and budgets
Coordinating vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Overseeing planning workflows from kickoff through execution
Supporting or leading onsite execution when required
Troubleshooting challenges and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with Mint Collective standards
Business Development (Outbound Focus)
This role also supports company growth through proactive outbound business development.
Responsibilities include:
Researching and identifying prospective clients
Building targeted outreach lists
Conducting cold outreach and relationship development
Generating qualified opportunities aligned with Mint Collective services
Representing the brand professionally in client-facing conversations
Advancing prospects from outreach through early proposal stages
This portion of the role focuses on outbound lead generation, not inbound inquiries. Success requires comfort with prospecting, relationship-building, and consistently developing new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience in event planning, logistics management, and vendor coordination
Strong budgeting, timeline management, and project coordination skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Experience with event production tools and remote collaboration
Passion for creating thoughtful, human-centered experiences
Corporate or branded event production experience preferred
Business Development Experience:
Outbound lead generation and prospect research
Cold outreach and pipeline development
Consultative, relationship-driven sales communication
Experience tracking opportunities from prospecting through proposal stage
Comfort engaging executive-level clients and representing a premium brand
