A NEW CHAPTER UNFOLDING IN YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK
The second year of the Camp Unwritten summer tour kicked off beneath the iconic granite peaks of Yosemite National Park. As the inaugural stop of the season, this retreat brought a community of readers and authors together to experience the rugged Sierra wilderness through the lens of a great book.
In collaboration with Reese’s Book Club, Hyatt, and Under Canvas, the weekend was a curated blend of adventure and storytelling. Guests spent their days exploring the vast landscape of Yosemite Valley—from meadow walks and riverside picnics to village explorations—before returning to camp for quiet moments of reading and journaling in the wild.
Evenings were reserved for intentional connection. Guests enjoyed curated crafting sessions and fireside book swaps, culminating in a cozy Q&A with bestselling authors. Under the stars, this Yosemite chapter proved that the best stories are often found where the pavement ends.
