COMPANY WIDE CORPORATE RETREAT
A San Francisco tech company brought their 280 person hybrid team together in sunny San Diego for a successful company offsite to strategize, enhance cross functional collaboration and encourage creativity and innovation. The Seabird Ocean Resort was home-base for their week-long company retreat and with stunning ocean front access, the team was able to work hard, play hard and experience Oceanside, CA like a local.
In addition to productive working sessions to align on vision and goals, the conference included strategic “screen breaks” with organized activities for an essential sensory reset including; shibori tie dying, woodburning, paint & sip, indoor skydiving, golf, plus daily yoga, sound therapy and Hiit classes.
